Delete Your Trakko AI Account

You can permanently delete your Trakko AI account directly inside the app. Deletion is intended to remove the account and associated personal data from active systems, subject to the limited exceptions explained below.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Trakko AI and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open My Account.
- Scroll to the account deletion section and choose Delete account.
- Enter the confirmation requested by the app and confirm permanent deletion.
Account deletion is permanent. After it is completed, you will be signed out and the deleted account cannot be restored through the app.
Request deletion without access to the app
If you cannot sign in or access the app, email [email protected] from the email address connected to your account. Use the subject “Trakko AI account deletion request”. We may ask for reasonable information to verify that you control the account before processing the request.
Data deleted
Deletion is designed to remove data associated with the account, including:
- Account profile details, email address, sign-in access and active sessions.
- Account role, subscription status and account-linked usage records.
- Saved or tracked travel information associated with the account.
- Other saved Trakko content linked to the account where applicable.
Data that may be retained
Limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, financial record keeping or enforcing our terms. Residual copies may also remain temporarily in encrypted backups until those backups are overwritten through normal retention cycles. Retained data is not used to continue providing the deleted account.
Subscriptions
Deleting a Trakko account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Google Play or Apple. Cancel any active store subscription through your Google Play or Apple account settings to prevent future renewal charges.
