Trakko AI Premium subscriptions purchased in the mobile app are billed and managed by the store through which you subscribed.

Renewal

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date shown in your Apple or Google account.

How to cancel

Cancel through your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app or deleting your Trakko account does not automatically cancel a store-managed subscription.

Refunds

Refund requests for purchases made through Apple or Google must normally be submitted to the relevant store and are decided under that store's rules and applicable law.

Access after cancellation

Premium access will usually continue until the end of the paid billing period unless the store applies a different outcome.
