Voice & Microphone Policy

Trakko AI may use your microphone when you choose a voice feature, such as speech input. Microphone access is not required for ordinary typed use.

When the microphone is used

The app should access the microphone only while a voice feature is active and permission has been granted by your device.

Audio processing

Audio may be converted into text by selected service providers so Trakko can process your request. Details about data handling are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Your control

• You can stop a recording from within the app.
• You can disable microphone permission in device settings.
• You can use typed input instead of voice.

Record responsibly

Do not record other people without any consent required by law, and do not use voice features to submit unlawful or highly sensitive information.
